Calitabby Janitor Application

Welcome to the Calitabby Janitor application. After a review of your completed application you will be added to the pool of candidates for Janitor elections. When an election is held a number of Janitors (N) will be decided and the top N winners will be onboarded.

Requirements for becoming a Janitor:

• Be active and in good standing in the Calitabby community
• Have a Calitabby account; some services can also be moderated from accounts on servers operated by the applicant

Janitors' Responsibilities:

• Enforce the Calitabby Code of Conduct
• Welcome newcomers to the community
• Facilitate dispute resolution between members
• Prevent abuse of the services
• Participate in appeals of moderation decisions
• Coordinate moderation with other communities such as Matrix servers
• Occasional other tasks, such as facilitating/participating in tribunals or elections
• Always act with integrity and transparency and be a model for the community!
